Who we are
This website is run by Amagi Vertiports, based on Camano Island, Washington. You can reach us at amagienergy@gmail.com.
Information we collect
Information you send us. The contact page has a form, but it does not send anything to a server. When you press the button, your own email app opens with a message already filled in, addressed to amagienergy@gmail.com. Nothing is sent until you press send in your email app. If you send it, we receive the details you included (such as your name, email address, organization and message) like any other email.
Basic server logs. Like most websites, the company that hosts this site may automatically keep standard technical logs (for example IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and operations. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set tracking cookies and does not currently use analytics or advertising tools. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in the future, we will update this page and describe what is collected.
How we use information
We use emails and messages you send us to respond to your questions, discuss airport partnerships, operator or investor inquiries, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell or rent your information, and we only share it with service providers (such as our email provider) that help us run our business, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for the conversation or our business records, and then delete it.
Third-party links
Some links, such as phone and email links, open other apps. If this site links to other websites, they have their own privacy practices that we do not control.
Children
This site is intended for adults and businesses and is not directed at children.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us by emailing amagienergy@gmail.com.
