Infrastructure for the next era of regional flight
Amagi Vertiports is building a repeatable vertiport platform at existing Washington airports.
Own the ground layer of urban air mobility
Aircraft need somewhere to land. As eVTOL and drone operations develop, vertiport infrastructure is a prerequisite, and we aim to be the standard for Washington.
Lower-friction siting
Building at existing airports leverages established zoning to help reduce regulatory cost and complexity.
Repeatable product
One standardized, modular design (1 pad, 3 chargers, 5 stalls, terminal, drone systems) designed to be replicated across sites.
Site revenue
Landing and charging fees, drone hub leases to operators, and terminal and concession space. Each site is designed for about 20 daily eVTOL round trips and 50–100 daily drone flights (design targets).
Network plan
20-airport site screening completed in Washington. Site results are shared directly with airport partners.
Our vision
Our goal is to build the leading ground network for civilian point-to-point air travel in Washington, starting with the airports that already exist.
Now: the ground network
Vertiports at existing airports.
Next: shared use
Public-service (emergency and medical) operators can use the same ports.
Later: wider use
Other certified operators, as aircraft and rules mature.
Later stages depend on aircraft certification, FAA rules, operator partnerships and funding. No dates or agreements are implied.

Business model
Amagi is a private developer-operator. We raise private capital, lease land at existing airports under long-term ground leases (typically 30–35 years), and build and operate the vertiport. The airport earns base rent plus a share of revenue. Any grant is the airport’s own decision and separate from our privately funded improvements. No airport agreement is in place yet.
Existing investors
Amagi has existing private investors.
